It is notified for information to all concerned that the executive committee in its meeting held on 30.12.2008 observed that the below mentioned lawyers affiliated with the association have openly flouted the decision of the Bar Association viz-a-viz boycott of elections. Among them Advocate Mr. Abdul Gaffar Mansoor openly campaigning for P.D.P. and Nazir Fida for National Conference the activities of the said lawyers are inviolation of the Bar constitution and policy. The activities are open, as such public notice is taken about their activities and accordingly the Bar Association has decided to terminate their membership with immediate effect. Accordingly the basic memberships of the said advocates are terminated and are deprived from the facilities hence forth.
