CONFERENCE ON GLOBAL DISCOURSE FOR RESOLUTION OF KASHMIR ISSUE ON 14TH NOVEMBER, 2009.

It is notified for information of all concerned that the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association is organizing one day International Kashmir conference on “Global Discourse for resolution of Kashmir dispute” at Hotel Silver Star Byepass Srinagar on Saturday 14 th of November 2009 (Time 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). All the member lawyers of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association are accordingly invited and requested to participate in the conference as per the schedule. It is further requested that member lawyers being hosts of the conference are requested to ensure their attendance at the venue of the conference for reception of the guests at 9:30 a.m. on the said date.

Further it is notified that work shall remain suspended by the lawyers on the conference day i.e., Saturday the 14 th of November 2009. All lawyers shall abstain from appearing before the courts in strict compliance of the decision of the Executive Committee of the Bar Association.
