When Iblees did not prostrate before the Adam and by doing so failed to obey the command of Allah, he was cursed. The arrogant fellow showed his intention to lead the human beings astray .This is the reason that there is constant fight between him and the human beings. The Satan is using every kind of tricks for achieving his object. This is practised by him, sometimes, under the very beautiful name of Art, Culture and freedom etc.
Ibless has always been attacking the human beings by his all possible means. The most frequently used way of his attack is by sex.Sex by itself is not any evil but a means of keeping the human generation in existence and spreading it. However, the Satan has made it an instrument by making it an end itself. Some people have only object of life “enjoyment”.. He has suggested different ways and means just for the purpose of bring the opposite sexes closer. Many obscene games have also been created for having the free sex available .At the same time, he becomes restless when he sees that extra marital sex is not going on in any society. For achieving this object, a new practice of change of the wives is prevalent in some societies. The scholars and teachers of every religion have condemned this practice but These scholars get very little response from the masses, as the age is materialistic and age of tastes, in this age every individual tries to satisfy animal wants and spiritual side of the life is ignored completely. On the other hand, Quran has laid down that the first trick of the Satan was to expose the shame of the human beings before each other. The Quran says, “Thus did he lead them on with guile. when they tasted of the tree their shame was manifest to them and they began to hide (by heaping) on themselves some of the leaves of the Garden. And their Lord called them, (saying): Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you: Lo! Satan is an open enemy to you. Chapter 7.”This is an easy way, for Satan, to lead the human beings astray. The Quran has strictly warned us that Satan will always try to make the human being exposed as he did with the Adam and Eve. The words of the relevant verse are, “O Children of Adam! Let not Satan seduce you as he caused your (first) parents to go forth from the Garden and tore off from them their robe (of innocence) that be might manifest their shame to them. Lo! he seeth you, he and his tribe, from whence ye see him not. Lo! We have made the devils protecting friends for those who believe not.chapter:7.”
The strange thing is that Whenever the Satan attacked the humanity, he always attacked it by making the attack very pleasant.He always gave the impression that this act is for the welfare and betterment of human beings and the poor human being was also caught in his net. This he did when he prompted the Adam to taste the fruit of the prohibited tree in the heaven. The Quran says” Then Satan whispered to them that he might manifest unto them that Which was hidden from them of their shame, and he said: Your Lord forbade you from this tree only lest ye should become angels or become of the immortals. And he swore unto them (saying): Lo! I am a sincere adviser unto you.7:20-21”Though his design was very nefarious but he pretended to be well-wisher of the human race. The point is clear that he spread a net and the Adam and Eve were caught in it.
Now days a new net has been spread by him. This is also with the intention to corrupt the morals of human being. The girls and boys are making the brother and sister relations with strangers. In fact, this is no relation of sacred nature but a means of bringing the opposite sexes close. Normally a strange girl and boy of the mature age fear to meet each other, either due to the social restriction or due to the moral education imparted to then in the families (though now it does not exist, as the parents themselves enjoy witnessing the obscenity in presence of their children).Once this term of brother-sister is used they get the liberty of meeting each other and no one interferes. What happens in the guise of this sacred relation, often, though not always, is horrible. These artificial brother and sister themselves, in their heart of hearts, are aware that the relation is not sacred. They go to health resorts and picnics even without informing the parents. A boy does not take his real sister to amusement places and picnic spots. Similarly, if his own sister accompanies her made brother to some amusement place or picnic spot, he becomes very angry. This shows that relation is not real. Why this double standard. That is because When his sister goes with a made brother to picnic spot he feels it offensive fearing it may be a stigma for his sister and himself enjoys the company of another girl of whose stigma and defamation he has not to worry. It is very strange that the relation whom develops between the members of opposed sex that to in the time of youth becomes so sacred. This is impossible. Though a bit far, if the theory of Oedipus Complex and Electra complex presented by Sigmund Freud is correct, then this relation is based on in a desire of sexual nature only. We are not here concerned with theories of Freud, however the point becomes clear. Islam has absolutely prohibited not only relation of mixing with the strangers, but father and daughter, brother and sister have been banned to be in a room without the presence of some other person. The Prophet (SAW) said, “Once a male and female meet in a place without presence of any third human being, the third one is definitely there, the Satan.
This was what is direction of mixing females with their father and brother. This is a real and blood relation not made by human beings. Now let us have a look on the man made relations in light of the Quran.
In this connection, I here refer to a relation that was artificial and made by human beings. This was a custom prevalent in Arab. Once a man was angry with his wife, he used to say to her “your back is to me as back of my mother”. This man made relation was treated as a barrier between the lady and her husband to have the relations as husband and wife. The Quran refused to treat this relation at par with the real son and mother. The Quran says that artificial relation is no relation at all. It is something what you speak by but it has no real value. The Quran Say is that your mothers are only those who have given birth to you. It reads, “Such of you as put away your wives (by saying they are as their mothers) They are not their mothers; none are their mothers except those who gave them birth--they indeed utter an ill word and a lie. And lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. Chapter 58.”This type of speech has been called unlawful comparison, the person doing so has been subjected to expiation and after the expiation, and the couple is free to live as husband and wife. What did this mean is that relations are not made by words and deeds but by law. When the Prophet (SAW) was asked about the mixing with the husband’s brother, the Prophet (SAW) said it is death for the wife.
Another instance that suggests the making of relations by words is not proper and is not as sacred as the relation by blood and fosterage. Zaid Bin Haritha (RA) was a slave. Whom did the Prophet (SAW) adopted as son. His marriage was solemnized with a noble Lady of the Qureish dynasty. There grew certain differences between the couple and these differences resulted in the divorce. The Prophet (SAW) latter on married this woman. This also shows that the relation of adoption is not equal to the blood are Foster Relations. The hypocrites raised a hue and cry over this. The Quran made the following observation on it “Muhammad is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets; and Allah is Aware of all things. 33:40”.This marriage with the wife of adopted son after divorce was as per the decision of Allah. The same chapter makes it clear “So when Zeyd had performed the necessary formality (of divorce) from her, We gave her unto thee in marriage, so that
(Henceforth) there may be no sin for believers in respect of wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have performed the necessary formality (of release) from them. The commandment of Allah must be fulfilled.”
Keeping in view these two instances there is no free mixing allowed between the boys and girls .Especially when those are not within the prohibited degree of relation and in case of within prohibited degree certain restrictions are still there .When the Prophet (SAW) who was most God fearing and adherent to morality insisted not only by words but by conduct proved that relations are not made by adoption how is it possible that others will give different opinion.. When the Quran does not confirm the sacred character of a relation made by human beings, how is it possible that a boy and girl of young age will remain with in the bounds of morality in a period where every thing provokes their animal lust and every facility is available for transgressing the limits prescribed by Allah. In fact, free mixing of opposite sexes has always brought to disasters every nation not only spiritually but also in mundane life. The reason of prohibiting to mix with whom marriage is prohibited is not far to seek. Historically Bohram Chobain ( A ruler of Iran in sixth century) had sex with his real sister .Once such king is also found in India. In 1911 a person and his sister was convicted for incest, a child had been born out of such relations (R V/s Ball) .In some countries there are law banning and punishing this type of sex, as it had become and continues very rampant in western countries. In India, many such events take place and are published in various Journals. Modi has quoted Booshan Rao, reporting that four persons had committed incest. In two cases it was father and daughter, in another father in law and daughter in law and in another case it was cousin (with in prohibited degree.).Recently horrifying figures were reported .In Delhi in 2004 there were reported 39 cases of incest. In 14 cases it was father, in seven it was brother in law ,in six cases it was step father ,four cases father in law and two cases the separation had taken place and in three cases it was brother (related),two cases of maternal uncles. The last case where the father tried to make such connection with his sixteen years daughter is of Vasant Kunj.The police has registered a case under section 354 and 506 IPC .Father is an officer and lives in govt. accommodation.
